Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that each party retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
